These Terms of Service govern your use of the Red Ace Supply website and your purchase of products from us. By browsing the site, requesting a quote or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or order from us.
Our pricing and inventory are intended for garage door professionals and businesses. We may require proof of trade status, a resale certificate or a credit application before opening an account or extending contractor pricing. You are responsible for keeping account credentials confidential and for all activity on your account.
Quotes are valid for the period stated and are subject to stock availability. Prices, specifications and availability may change without notice, and we reserve the right to correct pricing or typographical errors and to cancel or limit any order affected by such an error.
An order is accepted only when we confirm it. Payment is due per your account terms or at the time of purchase. Applicable taxes are added unless a valid exemption certificate is on file. Past-due balances may accrue service charges and may result in suspension of account privileges.
Will-call pickup is available at 1814 Lake Worth Rd, Lake Worth Beach, FL 33461, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM Monday through Sunday, by appointment only. Shipping dates are estimates, not guarantees. Unless agreed in writing, risk of loss transfers to you when the goods are handed to the carrier or picked up. Inspect shipments on arrival and report visible damage or shortages within 48 hours.
Products carry only the warranty offered by their manufacturer. Except as required by law, Red Ace Supply disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We will assist in submitting manufacturer warranty claims.
Garage door springs, cables and hardware are under extreme tension and can cause serious injury or death if handled improperly. Products are sold for installation by trained professionals using proper tools and procedures. You are responsible for selecting the correct part for your application and for complying with all applicable codes and safety standards.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Red Ace Supply is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including lost profits or labor costs. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
You may not scrape, copy or republish our catalog data, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, interfere with site operation, or use the site for any unlawful purpose. All site content, including our logo and brand marks, is our property or that of our licensors.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida.
